Blackadder Smoking Islay 2012

Colour: Pale colour, kind of white wine. Nose: Lots of peat, less fruits and a decent sweetness. Mouth: At full strength very peaty and sweet, a bit young and harsh. Water helps and brings more fruit notes. Not for the faint-hearted. Medium long finish. Certainly very smoky and peaty and with a surprisingly long, sweet smoky finish.
