In 1888, Spyros Metaxa created this unique spirit that includes the finest wine distillates matured in oak casks for five years. Made with selected aged Muscat wines from the Aegean islands, and a secret mix of Mediterranean botanicals. The recipe has remained a closely guarded secret ever since it was first produced.
