With a passion for creating better drinks, founders Ben, Alex and Josh turned the basement of their bar in Aberdeen, Scotland into one of the UK's most innovative micro-distilleries.

They build their own unique still, which distills botanicals at low temperatures, retaining their fresh, natural flavour. Whilst working closely with the UK's most respected gin distillers, they perfected the art of cold-distilling botanicals.

This respect for tradition while innovating results in exceptionally well balanced, refined, high quality gin recipes that bring together the best of classic and contemporary botanical distilling.

Tropical Old Tom :

Porter's old tom gin stays true to the classic combination of sweetended gin and exotric botanicals whilst using modern methods to extract more refined flavours.

A classic juniper base is lifted by tropical notes of passion fruit, guava and white tea, which are cold-distilled to retain their juicy freshness. This is then very slightly sweetened to create a perfectly balanced tropical old tom recipe.
